Agate Beach Motel - Newport

I greatly enjoyed the room with queen bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was near to the best beach in the area and great for dogs, 5 with a direct view of the ocean, and the west coast.

The cozy atmosphere was good, but the bed was too soft for my liking.

The standard queen suite was adorable, sparkling clean, and had everything i needed. The fire pit area was so cozy, and the staff was kind, even keeping the fire going for our s'mores. Best of all, it's just a short walk to the beach, perfect for those sunset strolls.

Cozy, charming atmosphere, lovely staff.

Just a nice choice for a short layover in Newport with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were great, helpful and fun to talk to. Make sure to enjoy the little decks outside with the Adirondack chairs.

I loved the cozy feel of my room and the stunning ocean views from the porch! The beach access and fire pit created the perfect spot for relaxing evenings with friends. The decor felt a bit dated but didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. 😊

The rooms are decorated with charm, complete with fluffy towels, a cozy atmosphere, and beautiful views. The access to the beach via well-maintained stairways made it easy for my mom and me to enjoy the serene ocean scenery.

More seating options for seniors would be nice.

Rooms overlooking the ocean provide fine sunset views. Being steps away from Agate Beach allows for easy access to a surfer-friendly coastline. The atmosphere feels cozy and family-friendly.

The room decor seems a bit outdated, and the bed might be too soft for some, potentially needing a replacement. The only heating source includes an electric fireplace and a small heater near the front door, which could leave some areas a bit chilly in colder weather.

The room was charming and cozy, with a beautiful ocean view from the patio. The kitchen made it convenient to prepare meals, and the private beach access was a fantastic bonus. Loved the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

The ocean view from the patio was amazing! I loved sipping my morning coffee while watching the waves. The only downside was that we wished for more seating options in the common area😊

Scenic Cliffside Location and Super Close to the Best Beach 🏖️

This place is in a super cool spot, perched on a cliff. Plus, it's right next to the best beach around, where there are a bunch of tasty restaurants nearby.

The room was pet-friendly and nicely decorated, with a living area and an excellent coffee. The bed was great and the balcony had incredibly beautiful views of the ocean. It was in a perfect and exceptionally nice location near the Nye Beach area and most beaches on the Oregon coast, ideal for a little getaway.

This place is a great choice for Thanksgiving, with amazing rooms featuring beautiful views and kitchens, excellent service, a marvelous location, and a great restaurant for dinner.
